Laser Pigmentation Removal

Laser pigmentation removal is an aesthetic medicine treatment designed to even out skin tone and restore a youthful glow. The procedure is performed using the proven CPL method (Controlled Pulsed Light), which emits intense, multi-wavelength light that penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin. CPL laser light effectively reduces post-acne marks, melasma (pregnancy-related pigmentation), sun spots, and age spots — discoloration that traditional skincare products or chemical peels often cannot eliminate. Depending on the size and depth of the pigmentation, visible results may appear within up to 30 days after treatment.

We’re answering your most frequently asked questions

  • Facial pigmentation occurs as a result of excessive melanin production or its uneven distribution within the skin.
This is often triggered by excessive sun exposure and failure to use proper sun protection (SPF).
Pigment changes, appearing as small or larger brown spots, may also have a hormonal origin or develop as a reaction to certain medications.

  • The best time to undergo pigmentation removal is in early spring, autumn, or winter, when sun exposure is minimal.

  • At INVICTA Anti-Aging Clinic, the treatment is performed by a dermatologist or a qualified aesthetic practitioner.
Thanks to our experienced and well-trained team, patients can feel confident that the procedure will be carried out safely and effectively, with minimal risk of complications.

  • The procedure can be quite uncomfortable, and unfortunately, anesthesia cannot be used. It’s essential for the patient to stay in constant communication with the specialist during the treatment to avoid the risk of burns and ensure safe, precise application.

  • Immediately after the treatment, the treated pigmentation may appear darker, then gradually flake off as the skin regenerates.
The area may also be slightly red or swollen, but these effects are temporary and subside on their own.
