      3. Online Consultation – a preliminary treatment assessment based on photos submitted by the User.
  2. Users can inquire about the services and products offered by filling out the contact form available on the website or by calling the phone number listed.
  3. To schedule an appointment or receive more information, Users must complete the contact form, provide the required contact details, and submit it electronically. The Administrator will then get in touch by phone or email to follow up.
  4. For online consultations, the User must fill out the relevant form, provide the necessary information and contact details, and upload required photos. The Administrator will then contact the User via email or phone to proceed with the consultation.
  5. Calls made to the hotline may be recorded and monitored for safety, training purposes, quality assurance, and legal evidence.

User Rights and Responsibilities
